What we offer in Remote Assessment

All entries are collected in the Worklist, which provides a clear and concise table of customers who have completed the form. The list can be easily sorted and filtered as needed, so that store employees can quickly get an overview and follow up on customers in a structured way.
Once customer data is recorded in a record, it can be easily and securely submitted to the hub for further review. It is also possible to use status and comments to mark and follow up on each individual record, which provides good control and clear communication in the process
The hub can receive entries from multiple stores and departments in the same worklist. This facilitates efficient collaboration, where multiple opticians can pick and process cases across stores. The result is faster handling and better support for stores.
All information recorded in an entry is securely stored in the customer’s journal. When the follow-up is complete, the entry can be removed from the worklist, while all history can be easily retrieved when needed. This ensures both good documentation and easy reuse of information.

Problem

  • Many optician chains and clinics experience a lack of specialist expertise locally, limiting the number of clients they can treat per hour. At the same time, resources are used inefficiently when every store needs to have qualified staff available for all assessments, and operational costs rise. This creates bottlenecks, longer wait times and challenges in maintaining quality and standardization across locations.

Solution

  • Medibrix Conferencing brings together expertise in a central hub, where qualified professionals can review images and data sent from multiple stores or clinics remotely. Local staff can collect information and perform initial examinations, while assessment, analysis and follow-up take place in the hub. The entire process is integrated into the Medibrix platform, and all assessments are fed back to the customer and store in a secure and efficient manner.

Advantages Remote Assessment:

Using Remote Assessment results in a faster customer flow. Patients receive assessment and feedback without waiting for a local specialist. In addition:

Reduced costs per examination

Up to 50% lower than with local treatment.

Better quality and standardization

All assessments follow the same procedures and professional standards.

Flexibility and scalability

Ability to connect hundreds of locations to the hub simultaneously.
