What we offer in Plans

With Medibrix Plans you can easily define your own plans, completely tailored to the needs of the clinic. You decide which measures the plan should contain, how many are included, and what intervals should be between them. This gives you complete freedom to build structured and effective follow-up courses.
Plans support four different types of actions: invitation to make an appointment, sending a form for response, assigning an appointment, and free text messages. This combination makes the solutions very flexible and easy to adapt to different processes for the individual customer. For each action, the customer receives an SMS with clear instructions.
When a client is added to a plan, an individual start date is chosen so that all measures are aligned with the client’s timeline. In addition, the plan can be adjusted with individual adjustments as needed, so that follow-up always takes into account the client’s situation and progress.
