What we offer in Worklist

The work list gives you a clear and easy-to-understand table with all customers who have responded to the form. The list can be easily sorted and filtered as needed – for example, by time of response, severity, responsible handler or when the entry was last modified. This makes it easy to keep track and work efficiently in a busy everyday life.

Using a form, worklist entries can be automatically prioritized. Based on the customer’s response, an entry can be flagged as high, medium, low, or no priority. This ensures that the most important issues are caught quickly and handled first, without the need for manual assessment.

The worklist facilitates good collaboration within the organization. You can enable the display of who is working on the different entries, so that multiple people are not working on the same issue at the same time. This results in better coordination, fewer errors, and a more efficient workflow.
With conferencing, a record can be securely forwarded to another internal or external department. This allows for flexible collaboration across disciplines, and contributes to more seamless and holistic customer journeys.
