The customer dialogue feature makes it possible to send messages directly to customers in a secure and protected channel. You can decide for yourself whether the customer should have the opportunity to reply to the message or not. In addition, the solution offers ready-made templates that simplify the work and ensure clear and effective communication.
With Medibrix Dialog, you can also send messages between each other internally. You can choose to include the customer in the dialogue or not, and all communication takes place in a secure and protected channel. This functionality helps simplify work and ensures safe and efficient communication.
Medibrix also offers its own chat functionality that allows for a more low-threshold form of communication with colleagues. With Chat, you can send an instant message that immediately appears on your colleague’s screen.
